Ventura & Ojai Valley - County Open House on Future Growth

Where should the county allow more oil drilling?

Should Ventura County have policies that ensure public health - our water and air - are protected?

The Ventura County Planning Department is hosting this public meeting to receive input on future growth and planning alternatives for all land use planning in the county - this includes oil drilling but also housing, transportation, water, agriculture, Climate Change and more. Look for an open house in your area and provide your input to the county.

Details: Ventura County is updating the document (General Plan) that governs all land use in the unincorporated areas of the county - but it also can have significant impact on the cities.

HERE is more information about this process and how CFROG is participating.

Here is the County website on the GenPlan Update.
