What is Clean Power Alliance?
Clean Power Alliance is the new, locally controlled electricity provider in Southern California! We're a community-driven organization that believes in a clean energy future that is local, where communities are empowered and customers are given a choice about the source of their energy.
CPA’s History in Ventura County
CPA began servicing residential customers in February 2019 and non-residential customers in May 2019 for participating cities within Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Currently, Clean Power Alliance provides service for most cities in Ventura County. Below is a list of cities in Ventura County that receive services from CPA.

Financial Assistance Programs
